Wage: Starting at $18/hour | Paid Training

Schedule: All shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call shifts

What You’ll Do
Get in the car and drive, it is that simple! As a Roach’s Taxi Driver, you are helping people every
day and you are a major piece of the transportation network of your city. Picking people up and
dropping people off is the name of the game. Be a part of your community and help those that
need a ride. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a company-provided taxi during scheduled shifts
- Picking up and dropping off passengers safely and efficiently
- Following all traffic laws and company safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and presentable vehicle
- Collecting fares and providing receipts when requested
- Delivering outstanding customer service with every trip
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence
- Clean driving record with at least 5 years of insured driving experience in Canada
- Good knowledge of Thunder Bay streets and neighbourhoods
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional on-call shifts
- Professional, dependable and responsible attitude
- Previous taxi or delivery driving experience is an asset, but not required
